We utilize your data to develop a rating and utilize the ratings for our business purposes. Debie endeavors to analyze only data that is required to inform credible and accurate ratings decisions. This Privacy Policy applies to all Debie web properties and any Debie-branded mobile app we may offer in the future (our “Service”). This Privacy Policy applies only to the practices of companies we own, control, or are united with under common control. 7. COLLECTION OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Debie may collect sensitive identifiable information ("SII") associated with certain customers or customers ‘clients, such as individuals' Social Security Numbers and dates of birth, in order to provide certain product and service offerings. We will only collect this SII if it is necessary to fulfill certain product orders and only when voluntarily provided by the customer. We will only use it for the limited, permissible purpose for which it is collected, and we will take commercially reasonable steps to adequately secure the information. Additionally, sometimes data subjects will send us sensitive personally identifiable information without our asking. When we become aware of this, we will delete the sensitive personally identifiable information.
8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents that have an established business relationship with us can request a notice disclosing the categories of Personal Information we have shared with third parties during the preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make such a request from us, if entitled, please use the contact information listed below. If you are under 18 years of age and a California resident using the Services, at any time you can request that we delete information or remove content you have provided or posted. Debie does not support Do Not Track requests at this time.

You can also stop receiving promotional email communications from us replying to the email with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Online Advertising. We may permit third party advertising partners to use cookies, plug-ins and other technology to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site. To avoid tracking by these third party ad partners, you can change your browser settings to reject cookies or to notify you when cookies are set and you could select the Do Not Track option on your browser, though we have no control over and cannot confirm whether these third party advertising companies honor the Do Not Track signal put out by your browser.
